I'm into the Thonner recommendations this year! Dead Snow is a fun ride of Nazi zombies, beautiful Norwegian scenery and lots and lots of blood. These zombies are fast and pissed and super strong. The med students who get attacked do their damnedest to survive and the transformation of the one guy who doesn't like the sight of blood into an extreme zombie fighter is great.
Desroc did have issue with the amount of blood coming from the zombies, as it didn't seem realistic in zombie terms - especially zombies who live in freezing temperatures! But still - blood on snow = awesomeness. An entertaining and fun flick! Definitely recommended.
